What time does the Hackathon start & end?

The day begins with breakfast, networking and registration at 9.30am, with the actual Hackathon lasting between 10.30am-5.30pm. There will be cocktails and networking in JW3’s Piazza & Beach afterwards until 7pm.

Do I need to bring anything on the day?

Please feel free to bring your laptop/devices to help with your table’s research. We also have back-up computers in case.

Will you provide food on the day?

Yes! We’ll keep you well fed throughout the day. The day starts with breakfast and pastries, followed by a meaty lunch mezze from Kasa. In the afternoon, there’ll be tea, fruit, and plenty of coffee and refreshments throughout.

Is the venue accessible?

JW3 is designed to be a fully accessible building for people with physical impairments and disabilities. We have step free access via lifts to all levels of the building, and accessible toilets on every floor. The main entrance to JW3 has level access from the Finchley Road, and our Box Office and Café/Bar have accessible serving points.

Parking is available for Blue Badge holders, subject to advance booking. Please contact us at socialaction@jw3.org.uk to reserve a space. If visitors with mobility issues are being driven to JW3 by another driver (including cabs), you can pull into our Lymington Road entrance to be dropped off right by the step-free doors on our lower ground floor.
