JW3 Social Action Incubator

JW3’s Social Action Incubator is a year-long project bringing the community’s social action stakeholders together to ask what are our most urgent social action needs and what projects we can co-create to solve them.

The Social Action Incubator starts with conversations. We want to find out what you think are the most urgent social action Big Questions and what we need to do to find solutions. We want to have conversations, 1:1 with as many of you as possible to discover your thoughts.

Next comes the Social Action Hackathon on Sunday 6 July, a day-long event to network with other social action heroes and co-create some amazing new ideas which can answer these urgent needs.

Following the Hackathon, we will develop a number of these ideas further, allowing you to take a deeper dive with some micro-funding and mentoring, culminating in you presenting your proof-of-concept.

Finally, we will select up to 3 projects for greater investment of money and time in 2026 to launch new social action projects.
